LeaseSoft Document Manager
LeaseSoft Document Manager is an integrated Document Management module for LeaseSoft Software.
Production and retrieval of documents is a time consuming task and one prone to error, usually through re-keyed data or mislaid documents.
LeaseSoft Document Manager brings a high level of process automation and workflow to the production, distribution and receipt of business documentation and is designed to be an integral component of LeaseSoft Asset.
LeaseSoft Document Manager provides an easy to use facility to:
- Edit and compile multiple document sets and to specify the rules under which document sets will be selected.
- Allows support for multi-company requirements and portfolio management by allowing document sets to be branded to suit individual business requirements.
- Outbound documents production is achieved by automatically merging data with the chosen document set and creating an Adobe PDF which is then indexed by the system for subsequent reference against the client or contract.
- Documents can be distributed through hardcopy, fax and email to multiple recipients (e.g. client and broker).
- Provides scanning, indexing and retrieval of all inbound documentation for business partners, contacts and assets (spreadsheets, digital images, asset and contact data) thereby creating a single repository for all client and contract information.
- Configurable audit and security features are integral to the system, showing who, when and how documents were issued and who is permitted to retrieve and view them.
